Megadiverse Ecuador 1
Day 1: Arrival in Quito
Arrival to Quito and transfer to the hotel. Welcome and briefing

Day2:Communities Sierra Norte
In the morning we take the Panamericana Highway to the Imbabura Province, to visit the community of Otavalo and its "Market of Ponchos" (variety of fabrics in colorful wool). Then we visit Cotacachi, where Runa Tupari community will welcome us with a typical lunch of the region. In the afternoon we will visit micro craft industries, agro industry and Andean ethnobotanical garden. Return to Quito.

Day3:Communities Sierra Central Quilotoa
After breakfast we take the Panamericana Highway to the Indian community Quilotoa, who maintain their crops to more than 4000 meters high, admire the famous paintings of Tigua and one of the main attractions of the area whose spectacular lagoon located inside the crater is characterized by the contrast between the turquoise waters and volcanic rocks. Day4:Quito City tour & Middle of the World
City tour of Quito, the northern suburbs, main roads, visit Guápulo viewpoint, continue through Av. October 12 up to the la Casa de la Cultura, and the Legislative Palace where you can appreciate the rock murals that tell the history of Ecuador. then Gran Colombia Avenue to the Basilica del Voto Nacional.

Day5:Quito-Lago Agrio-Cuyabeno
After breakfast, take a flight to Lago Agrio (Amazon region). We took a private bus to the entrance of Cuyabeno, for a lunch box. Day 7:Cuyabeno Amazon
After breakfast we set off in a canoe down the river, a journey of about an hour to visit a family Tarapuy community. We will learn how to prepare Casabe, a traditional yucca bread, we returned to the lodge . After lunch, relax time.

Day 6:Cuyabeno Amazon
In the morning we walk for about 3-4 hours in the primary forest, where the guide will explain about a rainforest, and medicinal plants, large Ceibo trees and small insects like ants.
Return to camp for lunch, an afternoon break and go fishing for piranhas and see the beautiful butterflies, and swim in the lagoon, If possible we will see the beautiful pink dolphins. And enjoy the stunning sunset. Then we return to camp for dinner. At night we made a nocturnal activity, searching alligators on the banks of the river.

Day 9:Quito - Riobamba - Andes
After breakfast we take the south Panamericana Highway, to Riobamba seated at the foot of Chimborazo volcano. in the afternoon we will take a tour to the Chimborazo National Park. Overnight in Riobamba.

Day 8:Cuyabeno - Quito
Early in the morning before breakfast, a bird watching excursion. Returning to the lodge have breakfast and then transfer to Lago Agrio to take the flight back.

Day 11:Cuenca City Tour - Guayaquil
After breakfast, start city tour of Cuenca visiting the Calderon Park, new and old Cathedral, T the Flowers park, the City Museum, Museum of Modern Art, Cañari-Inca Ruins, Tomebamba river and Turi. In the afternoon we headed to Guayaquil for a boating tour of the Guayas River with an onboard cocktail, dinner and overnight in Guayaquil.

Day10:Riobamba- Alausi - Nariz del Diablo
Day 12:Guayaquil - PuertoLopez / Coast
Breakfast and city tour of Guayaquil, visiting the Malecon 2000 and the colonial neighborhood of Las Peñas, Lunch and departure from the Ruta del Sol in Puerto Lopez, visiting the beaches of Santa Elena, Ayampe, Montañita
Day 13:De la Plata Island / Coast
Breakfast and took a boat to sail for an hour to see the show that make the humpback whales swimming with their calves, after that we moved to Isla de la Plata, similar to the Galapagos Islands ecosystem where we can find species such as albatross, blue-footed boobies, finches, sea lions and other species, we can make also snorkeling , Box lunch on the island, back to Puerto Lopez at approximately 6 pm, In the evening we will enjoy music and cocktails in cabins located on the beach, accommodation in Puerto Lopez.

Day14:PuertoLopez-Guayaquil transfer out
After breakfast Transfer to Guayaquil and transfer to the airport for our return flight.

Ingapirca - Cuenca / Andes
After breakfast, we will go to the train station to catch the train in Alausí and make the path to the Nariz Del Diablo to Sibambe station, considered one of the best works of engineering. This will be an unforgettable experience an Andean landscape.
